I. Information Collection and Management
A. Personal information
i. Information we collect
"Personally identifiable information" is information that can be used to identify or contact you, such as your name, email address, home or work address, or telephone number. Manifest Media, Inc. only has access to the information that you provide to us and our billing processor. For example, we cannot determine your email address unless you provide it. We cannot gain access to other information on your computer. Those who visit only public areas of the Web site (such as the "site tour") and who do not purchase goods or services do not need to, and generally do not, provide us with any personally identifiable information. Those who wish to join the site, however, or to purchase products or services or sign up for our mailing list, must provide us with enough information to enable us to process the requested transaction. This generally includes, at a minimum, personally identifiable information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number. Members also select, and thereby provide, a username and password combination.
ii. How we use the information
Your personally identifiable information is used only to process the requested transaction, and occasionally to provide you with special offers from Manifest Media, Inc. On occasion, for example, we may send emails to introduce a product or service that we think will interest our members or viewers. Manifest Media, Inc. will never intentionally disclose any personally identifiable information to any third party, unless we are compelled to do so by law (for example, in response to a subpoena or court order), or our obligation to maintain the privacy of your information has been waived or otherwise excused by you (for example, by your filing suit against us and asserting claims against which such information would be relevant in our defense).
B. Interactive data
i. Information we collect
Manifest Media, Inc. provides features which allow members to communicate with each other, such as a forum and Performer Chat Rooms. Chat transcripts and message board postings are backed up periodically and may be retained.
ii. How we use the information
Use of these interactive features is not monitored by Manifest Media, Inc. We do not use information posted on interactive features except as the author presumably intended; that is, as content on the Web site. We do not share user submitted information with third parties; however, any information posted is visible to other members, and is vulnerable to being copied and/or redistributed by others. Members should use reasonable caution when disclosing any personally identifiable information in any online forum. We cannot be responsible for any damages incurred as a result of such disclosure, and use of the interactive services is at the member's own risk.
iii. Opt-out policy
Members must opt-in (for example, by participating in a chat) in order for us to collect this information.
C. Click-stream data
i. Information we collect
We also collect non-personally identifiable information provided by your browser and/or our servers, such as the name and IP address of the domain from which you visited (if any), the amount of time you spent on each page and on the site as a whole, and the path you followed through the site. This sort of information is sometimes known as click-stream data. We use this information to improve our site's performance.
II. Related Issues
A. Information security
We constantly strive to improve the security of your personally identifiable information. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures, such as using encryption for transmission of credit card numbers, to help us keep your information secure.
Manifest Media does not use third-party services to provide banner advertising.
B. Children's data

If you send us personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, we may collect such information into a file specific to you. We will maintain a record or notes of communications with you regarding your account.
How do we use your information?
We use your information in order to process your credit card payments, to fulfill your orders and/or requests, to facilitate your viewing of our Sites, to communicate with you, and to provide you with information about Manifest. We also use this information to compile broad demographic and Site usage information about our users in general that does not contain anything that could be used to identify you personally.
Manifest uses your e-mail address to contact you when necessary and to send periodic e-mail newsletters and promotional e-mails to you about services and products offered by us. We do not share or sell your email address with other companies.
We use IP addresses and anonymous demographic information to tailor your experiences at our Sites by showing content in which we think you will be interested and displaying content according to your preferences. Anonymous demographic information is shared with advertisers and market researchers on an aggregate basis.
We use information collected to evaluate and improve our services. We may develop and use, in our sole discretion, consumer research, which may be based on your use of our services.
Personal information collected on and/or through the Sites is stored and processed in the United States and by using any of the Sites, you consent to any such transfer of information outside of your country to the United States.
Do we share the information we collect with third parties?
In some cases, we will share information we collect (including personal information and/or anonymous demographic information) with third party companies who may offer products or services in which we believe you may be interested. We also share this information with third parties with whom we partner to co-promote and administer sweepstakes and contests on our Sites.
We may also share information we collect with third party service providers to manage certain aspects of the services we provide, such as maintaining our servers and processing or fulfilling orders for products and services you purchase through the Sites.
We may also disclose your information in special cases if required to do so by law, court order or governmental authority or when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is otherwise necessary or advisable, including, for instance, to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interfering with the rights or property of Manifest, another user or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities.
In the event of a change in ownership or a merger with, acquisition by, or sale of assets to, another entity, we reserve the right to transfer all user information collected in connection with the Sites, including but not limited to email addresses, to a separate entity. Manifest will notify you (via a posting on the Sites or the Policy or via email (in our discretion)) of such a transfer, and you may choose to modify your registration information at that time. This means that if you are concerned about your personal data migrating to a new owner, you can deactivate your account.
